The bank recently celebrated the opening of a new branch in Seeb, Maabelah South, Muscat Governorate, under the patronage of Sheikh Al Mutasim bin Abdullah Al Siyabi, Deputy Wali of Seeb. The inauguration ceremony was attended by members of the bank’s executive management.
The new branch is strategically located in the vibrant commercial district of Maabelah South, which is experiencing significant urban and economic growth. The branch features a modern layout designed to facilitate smooth and comfortable transactions for customers. It offers specialized desks for various financial products such as “Sayyarati”, “Baituna”, and “Najahi”, as well as omnichannel machines like ATMs and CDMs. Additionally, the branch is accessible to individuals with disabilities, providing them with a unique banking experience.

Al Raisi, General Manager of Personal Banking at Bank Muscat, expressed his excitement about the new branch opening, emphasizing the bank’s commitment to providing top-notch services to customers across Oman. Saleh bin Mohammed al Maaini, Deputy General Manager of Capital Regions, described the new branch as a significant achievement for the bank, signaling its continued expansion efforts. He emphasized the branch’s role in enhancing customer service in Maabelah and ensuring seamless transactions. Currently, Bank Muscat operates 4 branches and 1 service center in Maabelah, with a total of 18 branches and 4 service centers in the Wilayat of Seeb.
