Our stories
We aim to be accurate, clear and quick. Headlines say what happened, and the first lines give the key facts: who, what, where and when. We name our sources wherever we can.
Press releases
Many stories on Gamers DXB are company announcements and press releases distributed through PRWire, a press release distribution service. We publish them because they carry useful news about products, funding, appointments and events in the region. They are tagged Press release. The company that issued a release is responsible for its claims, figures and quotes.
Sponsored content
If we are paid to publish a story, we say so clearly on that story. Payment never buys a change to our own reporting.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we fix it. Tell us through the contact page, choose Correction request, and include the link to the story. We update the story and, when the change is significant, note it at the end.
Images
Images are supplied by the companies in a story, taken from press kits, or licensed. When we know the photographer or source, we credit them.
