Global Graphics Software, a leading provider of graphics software solutions, has recently expanded its presence in China by appointing Sheldon Wang as its new technical services consultant. Wang, a graduate of Shanghai Publishing and Printing College, brings with him many years of experience working in the pre-press industry for Shenzhen Artron, one of China’s largest print service providers.
Wang’s first day at Global Graphics Software was spent on-site with Bob Zhang, the company’s OEM sales manager for the Asia Pacific region. Together, they collaborated with one of Global Graphics’ customers to assist with the production of custom print samples. This hands-on approach demonstrates the company’s commitment to providing exceptional technical support and customer service in the Chinese market.
With his prior experience as a customer success manager at HP Indigo, Wang is well-equipped to ensure the best output quality for Global Graphics’ label and packaging customers in China. His extensive knowledge of color management, acquired during his time at HP and his previous tenure at Japanese manufacturer Screen, where he worked with both computer-to-plate (CTP) and digital inkjet printers, will be instrumental in helping customers achieve optimal results.
Based in Shanghai, Wang will report directly to Bob Zhang, allowing for seamless communication and support within the company’s China team. This strategic expansion of Global Graphics Software’s workforce in China reflects its commitment to the region and its desire to provide tailored solutions to its Chinese clientele.
The addition of Sheldon Wang to the Global Graphics Software team further strengthens the company’s position as a key player in the Chinese graphics software market. With his expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction, Wang is poised to contribute significantly to the company’s continued success in the region.
