Zombie Army Trilogy, which sounds like a made-up name used for a video game in a movie, will come to Nintendo Switch in early 2020 according to developer Rebellion. In addition to all the content you would expect from the trilogy, it will also have local wireless play for 2-4 players, motion controls, and Pro Controller and HD Rumble support. That’s better than nothing!
There’s no new trailer to go along with the announcement, but there are some photos to remind you what the game is about: zombies and armies arranged in a trilogy-like format.
Zombie Army Trilogy is a bizarre offshoot of Rebellion’s Sniper Elite series, beginning its (un)life back in 2013. The trilogy features Nazi Zombie Army, Nazi Zombie Army 2, and a new adventure. A fourth title, Zombie Army 4: Dead War, is in development for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Epic Games Store for a 2020 release. For the record, the number of ridiculous video game titles I’ve written over the course of this small article is making my head spin.
In any case, have a look at this old video that showcases what is surely an intellectually stimulating experience.
Are you down to shoot zombies that appear in armies on your Switch? Then 2020 will be an exciting year for you with Zombie Army Trilogy.
