Tennis World Tour has added Denis Shapovalov, Alex De Minaur and Caroline Garcia at the same time it’s been announced the title will be used in the Mutua Madrid Open Virtual Pro tour.
Shapovalov (Canada), De Minaur (Australia) and Garcia (France) are now available on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4 and will soon be added to Switch, publisher NACON confirmed.
The Mutua Madrid Open Virtual Pro tour comprises two Esports tournaments with 32 players including Rafael Nadal, Andy Murray and Lucas Pouille and “features matches between professional tennis players and influencers,” NACON continued.
“These charity tournaments have a prize pool of €350,000: €150,000 for ATP and €150.000 for WTA from which the winners will donate to the tennis players currently suffering economically and €50,000 will go to help hospitals in the fight against Covid-19.”
The Mutua Madrid Open Virtual Pro tour is currently underway.
Tennis World Tour is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One, PS4 and Switch.
