Celebrated Latin-American open-fire cooking restaurant, SUCRE, will join this year’s Dubai Restaurant Week, inviting guests to experience award-winning Latin-American cuisine and hospitality from 6th until 15th May.
SUCRE will participate with a 2-course lunch menu at AED 125 for a choice of one starter or dessert and one main with a side. A selection of mouth-watering SUCRE specials is available, from Spicy Octopus Tostada, to Tuna & Watermelon Ceviche moving into the mains, with a choice of Striploin & Black Garlic Butter, fresh Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli or Sea Bream with Clams & Chorizo. For a grand finale, choose between Basque Cheesecake, Chocolate Mousse with Olive Oil & Salt and Lemon Curd Tart.
Alternatively, guests can discover a 3 course dinner menu at AED 250, offering a different selection of SUCRE’s favourites such as Smoked Cheddar Empanada, Baby Chicken a la Brasa and Paccheri Pasta with capsicum & porcini cream and – each menu will be inclusive of a complimentary large bottle of water for two guests.
