An Aegan-inspired bar and restaurant from London’s Soho serving sharing plates and signature cocktails in a luxurious setting – is heading to Dubai.
The term ‘hovarda’, which is used in both Turkish and Greek, playfully references a generous host with a free spirit. Hovarda on London’s Rupert Street embraces this through its luxe first floor cocktail bar and ground floor restaurant. Taking inspiration from Greek and Turkish cuisine with a healthy dose of international flair – dine on dishes such as marinated sea bream with fennel and saffron; grilled smoked eel with fava, radishes and caper leaves, and crab borek with lemon sauce and Kleftiko, a classic lamb dish with oregano and lemon.
Hovarda Dubai brings a culinary wave of the Aegean Sea to Dubai. Expect a glam contemporary Aegean restaurant featuring chic and stylish aquatic themed interiors that mix rustic features with contemporary stylings. Music is a big draw – so expect an impressive line-up of live music and international DJs.
